⚠️Delivery + Assembly

This sauna ships via freight as a complete unassembled kit in a large crate. After you place your order, we’ll confirm the current production lead time and coordinate delivery scheduling with the freight carrier.

  • Freight delivery: Freight deliveries are typically scheduled in advance and delivered to the curbside / truck-accessible area. The driver does not unload or move the crate beyond the truck.

  • Unloading responsibility: The customer is responsible for unloading the crate and moving it to the final installation location. Plan to have help, equipment, or a local service available at delivery.

  • Crate size & weight: Crates typically range ~6–14 ft long and ~800–1600 lbs, depending on the sauna model.

  • Assembly required: The sauna arrives unassembled and requires on-site assembly by the customer.

    • Assembly is designed for homeowners using standard tools.

    • We provide a step-by-step YouTube assembly video specific to your sauna model.

    • Most customers complete assembly in 2–4 hours with two adults.

    • You may hire a local handyman or contractor if preferred.

  • Inspection on delivery: If the crate arrives damaged or opened, take photos immediately and note the damage on the delivery receipt / Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing (e.g., “Crate arrived open/damaged — possible hidden damage”).

  • Report immediately: Contact Pure Steam Supply the same day so we can coordinate next steps with the carrier or manufacturer.

Freight Delivery & Receiving — Read Before Purchase

These saunas ship via freight in a large crate. By placing an order, you acknowledge the responsibilities below:

  • Delivery scheduling: You must return calls/emails from the freight carrier promptly to schedule delivery.

  • Unloading is the customer’s responsibility: The driver typically delivers to the truck/curbside area. You are responsible for getting the crate off the truck.

  • Crate size/weight varies: Crates may range ~6–14 ft long and ~800–1600 lbs depending on the sauna.

  • Plan your unloading method: Common options include:

    • Forklift / equipment (fork extensions may be required; crates are typically lifted from the end), or

    • Hiring a tilt tow / equipment service to move the crate from the local terminal to your home.

  • Inspect on delivery: If the crate arrives damaged or opened, take photos immediately and note the damage on the delivery receipt / Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.
